Location: Port aux Basques, NL
Today was just a travel day. You'll see on the map that to travel from St John's to Port aux Basques is an all day event. There isn't a road to connect the 2 cities directly so we had to backtrack all the way back. It's almost 900 KM.
We DID see moose today tho. I thought we had scared them all away!! We hadn't seen any for 3 days!!
We're staying at the Hotel Port aux Basques in a Jr Suite. It's kinda snazzy! Whirlpool tub, separate bedroom, living room ... I'll be jumpin' in the tub right after I post this :)
Tomorrow: Ferry to the mainland then head toward Halifax, NS.
